Getting started on TimberBase is simple and the benefits of buying and selling in our marketplace are numerous. There are multiple ways to set up a free account.
1. You can click on the Register button on the home page of TimberBase.com, fill out the short form, and a TimberBase representative will be in touch to begin the on-boarding process.
2. You can also request a quick demo through our Contact page. Simply fill out the form and a representative will contact you to schedule a demonstration and discuss next steps related to setting up a TimberBase account.
3. If you are a supplier or customer of UFP, you can contact your purchasing agent or account manager directly to discuss how to sign up as a user of the platform.
Once your account is active, you are ready to experience TimberBase. Start by using the in-platform training guide to smoothly navigate through the features and become acclimated with the intuitive interface. If any issues arise during training, resources are in place to troubleshoot any challenges. We have TimberBase representatives available via live chat to walk you through the process.
From there, you can request quotes, browse offers, and place orders through the platform. Suppliers can upload offers to make their products available to a network of qualified buyers worldwide. A user-friendly dashboard allows you to easily track orders and review transactions. Use the live chat feature to connect with a TimberBase representative regarding questions on orders, offers, logistics, and overall platform functionality.
