Simply fill out the form and a representative will contact you to schedule a demonstration and discuss next steps related to setting up a TimberBase account. If you are a supplier or customer of UFP, you can contact your purchasing agent or account manager directly to discuss how to sign up as a user of the platform.
Once your account is active, you are ready to experience TimberBase. Start by using the in-platform training guide to smoothly navigate through the features and become acclimated with the intuitive interface. If any issues arise during training, resources are in place to troubleshoot any challenges that arise.
From there, customers can request quotes, browse offers, and place orders through the platform. Suppliers can upload offers to make their products available to a network of qualified buyers worldwide. A user-friendly dashboard allows you to easily track orders and review transactions.
